1. Request and quote
Send your trip from the website, by phone or on WhatsApp. We reply with a fixed price and the proposed vehicle, based on the number of passengers and suitcases you give.
2. Confirmation
The booking is confirmed when you accept the quote in writing (WhatsApp, email or SMS). You then receive your booking reference.
3. Payment
No online payment is required. The agreed price is paid to the driver on arrival, as stated in the confirmation.
4. Meeting your driver
At the airport, the driver tracks your flight and waits in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name; waiting is free if your flight is late. At an address, the driver arrives at the agreed time.
5. Passengers and luggage
Tell us the exact number of passengers and suitcases: the vehicle is chosen accordingly. For larger groups we arrange several vehicles. Child seats must be requested when booking.
6. Changes and cancellation
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pick-up. For any change or cancellation, let us know as early as possible on WhatsApp or at contact@wetaximaroc.com. For later cancellations or no-shows, any charges are stated in the confirmation.
